Greg Farrell and Gareth Roche have extensive experience in the residential sector on a very large scale. From the ground up we can procure a development from green field through to final conveyance and have extensive knowledge not only about the day to day construction process but all other areas relating to design, marketing, finance, legals, planning, accounting and cost control.
We currently carry out numerous contracts for state agencies and have recently completed the refurbishment and upgrading of 100 apartments for Kennedy Wilson/KPMG beside the Point Village in Dublin. We have also carried out a similar project in Loughrea Hotel and Spa earlier this year on behalf of BDO.
Furthermore G2 have carried out a number of assessments
for KPMG, AIB and ACC over the last 4 years whereby we reviewed existing estates/developments throughout the country. Our reports identified all matters pertinent to asset protection and identified the issues that existed in each scheme along with solutions and costs. More recently we carried out this exercise for one of the NAMA teams in AIB with regard to a development in Griffith Avenue, Dublin.
We have also carried out a design and build contract for KPMG/ACC in Avoca, Co Wicklow. In this case we completed the remaining units including site development etc and realised the bank an inflow of €1.8m within 3 months.
Over the last number of years G2 have also managed the ‘taking in charge’ of works and retention release works for KPMG on behalf of a number of their clients throughout the country.
